Q - What hours can I order by phone?
A - We take phone orders 7 days a week 8am - 10pm Mountain Standard Time. Our secure online ordering system is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

A - All 3 website names are owned by CastAntlers. All 3 bring you here to our main website.
Q - How are items shipped?
A - Smaller items ship via UPS or FedEx ground. Our larger items (greater then 50lbs or larger then 41") ship via freight truck.
Q - Why do I need to supply a telephone number?
A - A telephone number is required for the shipping insurance (UPS/FedEx & Freight Truck). For larger items, its also required for the truck freight company to schedule delivery once your item arrives in your area.
Q - Why is the shipping for most items so inexpensive?
A - We price the shipping at $5 for each order to make figuring your total price easier. Yes, its actually quite more expensive to ship our products.

Q - When will my item arrive?
A - Most items ship within 3 - 4 days following the sale. Once shipped, expect approximately 1 week for UPS/FedEx ground or 1 - 2 weeks for truck freight deliveries.
Online ordering can be completed via our secure Paypal electronic shopping cart system. A Paypal account is not required to use this system. Through our shopping cart system we accept all major credit cards.

For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider, Paypal, keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.
The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

(Item never installed, hardware bags unopened, no cut wires) within 15-days of you receiving it.
- 100% refund minus the actual shipping cost for your item (We charge $5 shipping, but if the item is returned we will subtract our actual shipping cost).
- RMA number required for returns. Call us for RMA number and return shipping address.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- We highly recommend you insure returns as we are not responsible for return shipping damage.
Any item returned not adhering to this policy will not be refunded.
